Shipping
We offer next-day shipping for orders placed via Instagram/WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger within Vietnam, along with free shipping. For orders placed on our website, please allow 5-8 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
Once we've processed your online order and initiated shipping, you will receive your tracking number via email or Whatsapp/Instagram message.
Once an order is picked up by the courier, we release all responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages and cannot provide replacements or refunds in such unfortunate situations.
In addition to the listed couriers, we understand the importance of timely and careful delivery. Therefore, we may be flexible in using other shipping services to ensure your parcel arrives at your door on time and in excellent condition.
Please note that when shipping packages internationally, not all of them may pass through customs without incurring tariffs. We want to ensure complete transparency, so please be aware that as the buyer, you are responsible for covering ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import.
During the holiday season, delivery times may extend beyond the usual estimates.
Return/Refund/Exchange
*** No cancelation: We do not accept cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. To ensure a hassle-free experience upon trying our garments, please message us directly for sizing assistance before placing your order.
*** Exchanges for size are only possible based on availability.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and does have not have any damage.
- Soiled spots and odors include, but are not limited to, makeup, lotions, self-tanner, dirt, food/drink stains, cigarette smell, and body or food odors. Returns may be denied if items are not in their original condition and will be sent back to the customer.
- The cost of returning the item to our warehouse and a 20% restocking fee are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping. Many of our styles are light in color, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur.
*** Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Custom or personalized orders: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specific requirements cannot be returned for a refund
- Items on sale: Products that are marked as "sale" or "clearance" items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
